As our growth continues, we are looking for SAP Customer Experience Functional Lead to join our teams in the Merelbeke/Aalst office! We are looking for people with a passion for working with innovative solutions for our clients.
Working in a team on the delivery of high-end e-commerce applications for global brands, B2B contexts and general Omni-channel digitalization projects.
As a SAP Customer Experience Functional Lead you take an important part of ownership over the analysis phase of a projects or continuous improvement of SAP Customer Experience Functional Lead. Translating business needs into a blueprint for the implementation phase, including well-described development tasks.
You have 3 or more years of experience as a functional analyst in digital environments, preferably in a professional consulting organization;
With an analysis experience of 5 or more years you can be the bridge between the customer and the development team. Experience or affinity with the SAP CX portfolio (such as SAP Commerce, SAP Marketing or SAP Cloud Platform) and / or IT environments is definitely a plus.
Your ability to learn new skills quickly allows you to continue to evolve in the fast changing world of Customer Experience.
