Besides SAP CX, Krëfel geared up by investing in a best-of-breed API-first approach. Krëfel combines the best of multiple platforms, such as Next.js, Contentful, and Search and Merchandising tools, to offer employees and customers relevant experiences in real-time.

In 2017, they pioneered in customer experience with a headless React storefront, which has become a bold go-to technology. Recently, they have shifted towards Next.js.
2 years ago, Krëfel started a transformation towards a more composable architecture.
- Firstly, we migrated to SAP Commerce Cloud, for which we got nominated for a Rapid Time to Value award on behalf of SAP - Best of customer success.
- Secondly, we empowered the marketing team with best-of-breed headless tools, like Contentful and a new Search engine. With these 2 automation tools, they can work more efficiently.
- Finally, we helped Krëfel transform its rebranding to a lifestyle brand under the slogan "Leef beter (live better)".
